Mzwandile Masina.

Ekurhuleni mayor Clr Mzwandile Masina will lead the Siyaqhuba Service Delivery Programme in Brakpan today (Friday).

Masina will, among other activities,  lead a team of city officials to fix street lights in Brakpan and fix potholes and grade pathways in Leachville.

The delegation will also visit the hyacinth-infested Brakpan Dam.

The Siyaqhuba Service Delivery Programme will be kick-started with the mayor signing a settlement agreement with Michael Biribauer who lodged a complaint with the South African Human Right Commission against Masina for remarks that were made at the Chris Hani Memorial event last year.
